YW Back to School Survival Kits

Young Women Back to School Survival Kits!!

What a FUN way to kick off the new school year!!  Since our first day of school is on a Wednesday, we are having a YW combined activity.... Back to School Party!  The girls look forward to this every year!  They talk about their schedules, teachers, BOYS, etc... all while having a good time and yummy food!  We had done survival kits in the past, but when I found this idea here I thought it was WAY cuter than mine and we just had to do it this way!  The original idea can can also be found here.

BUDGET?  Well, it came to about $2 a YW and we have 30 girls.  That is for the bags, items, and tape (to attach the items).  If you are wanting to make it a little cheaper, don't do as much candy!!  The most expensive candies were Snickers, 100 Grand, Kisses, and M&Ms.
Feel free to not do or add whatever you want!

FIND THE LINKS TO DOWNLOAD LABELS BELOW:

She didn't include her labels so I had to create them myself... which can be A LOT of work.

DOWNLOAD HERE

If you want to edit the file yourself you can download the doc HERE.  Just made sure you download the file as a doc.

Do you love the fonts? Download them to use on future projects!!
How do you download a font? Click here for some great instructions.
Bags can be found at Hobby Lobby.
Cost: $1.99 for 10 bags!  Not bad for how CUTE they are!

These are hard to find!!  The bottles of hand sanitizer are $1 each.  Waaaay too expensive for our budget.  So, I was trying to find these individually wrapped wipes.  Where did I find them?  At Walgreens!!  They were next to the paper plates! About $2.57 for 48 of them!  Who knew!?
Figured we could donate our extras to the boys to use when blessing the sacrament.

Gotta have one in there to represent our theme this year!

You can buy these 5x7 pic for 10 cents each from the distribution center.  Or go to Deseret Book and they price match to the distribution center's price!
